Gurukul Drona was founded in 2010 by Mr. Narender Agarwal ( Master Facilitator in Soft Skills ) with a mission to equip the future generations with the highly developed soft skills which will remain with them for life. Carefully curated offline & online workshops are based on futuristic & practical curriculum answering the actual need of the participant.

Master Facilitator
Narender Agarwal
Narender Agarwal is Master Facilitator and Founder of Gurukul Drona. Hailing from a business family in Ludhiana, he completed his schooling from Convent Luhdiana and DPS RK Puram, New Delhi. After graduating in commerce, he became Master’s in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
Pursuing his passion of Public Speaking and Soft Skills he became Master Facilitator at Round Table India and served the organisations National Team for 16 years. Naren went on to become Super Facititator in Soft Skills from Dale Carnegie Institute.
He formally founded the organisation Gurukul Drona in 2010 and started his professional journey in the field of educating people on Soft Skills.
Today, Naren is a name to reckon with in the education industry. Nicknamed as “The Guru” he has established himself as Master Facilitator, Motivator, Life Coach, Mentor, Key Note Speaker and more. He has spearheaded over 1500 workshops on Soft Skills impacting over two hundred thousand people.
Apart from his work life, he loves to travel the world, make friends with all age groups. Loves to Paint, collect stones, stamps, coins etc.
Naren’s mission is to spread the skills of Soft Skills to future generations.

Disha Agarwal
Disha Agarwal completed her schooling from Convent, ludhiana and is now entering into her college life. She has been an avid speaker from the early years of her life and also had a passion to be a mentor.
She completed her level 1, 2 and 3 on public speaking from Gurukul Drona and then joined the company as an Intern. After showcasing her talent as an intern she graduated to conducting full scale workshops on soft skills. Today she is a known name in the education fraternity.
She is an environmentalist and founded an organisation “TOWARDS ZERO”. She works towards creating zero carbon foot prints and save climate issues. Her ideas of Plogging, waste usage and cyclothon are well applauded.
Disha is an expert debater and is MUNer from heart. She has participated in over 40 MUN’s in the capacity of Delegate, Chairperson, Organiser, Director General and has won accolades and awards in this field.
Gurukul Drona has awarded her efforts by bringing her to the ” WALL OF FAME “
She loves to eat Maggi, travel, listen to music, and read books.

Shreya Kataria
Shreya is 16-year-young enthusiast and aspirant. Passionate lifelong learner, fueled by curiosity and driven to glean wisdom from every experience, every day.
She is currently pursuing her undergraduate course in college. She is an extrovert and superb orator. She completed her Level 1, 2,3 in Public Speaking form Gurukul Drona and then joined in as an Intern for soft skills.
She undertakes workshops help the students to bring out their fear of speaking.
Ever smiling, ever friendly, she seamlessly makes friends with people across all boundaries. What sets Shreya apart from the crowd is her ability to be creative and innovative in all aspects of soft skills. Currently she is grooming the participants of Talkies Campus

Vansha Thakur is a self directed, action oriented professional with over 9 years of experience in teaching. She works as a Senior Spoken English instructor. She loves getting to know her students and enjoys making learning fun for them. She wants her lessons to be a relaxed safe space for her students to speak, make mistakes, and learn at their pace and in their style. She is a very diligent teacher, and the atmosphere of her lessons reflects this. She always ensures that her students feel comfortable in the online classroom. Her methodology is dynamic and effective. She believes the best road to learn a new language is to approach it in an interactive way. She loves reading and is more interested in reading fiction. She motivates her students to learn English in different ways by participating in various activities. Her way of teaching is appreciated by the learners of different age groups. She also creates interesting and flawless content by using her extraordinary writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
